    Process lives in many facets of life and business. A lot of the time we do not realize we how much it is ingrained in our everyday life. This includes what we do in order to leave the house to go to work, from what happens with daily work tasks.   Why do you need process in your business?

    The need for process is vital to any vibrant efficient business.  In business, the more efficient a company is the more they can compete and be profitable. 

      The simplest tasks can become confusing to new employees or others who are not sure what to do. One does not think it would impede the performance but imagine employees unable to complete a task as simple as unpacking a box. If they don't know where to put the items or what to do with them, how much of an impact it would have with subsequent tasks?
